Baldwin / Walhalla House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $2000.00 per week.
- *Check in is Sunday noon and check out is the following Saturday by noon.
** Special arrangements for check-in may be accomodated on a case by case basis depending on owner approval.
*** A $500 refundable security deposit required within 2 weeks from booking date or prior to stay (whichever is sooner).
FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECIEVED WITHIN 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO STAY (If cancellation is less that 1 week
prior to stay the security deposit will be forfieted).
****Security Deposits will be refunded no later than 1 week after stay provided NO damage to the property. If property
sustains damage, an invoice will be accompanined with remainder of returned deposit.
***** A rental contract/ liability waiver will be mailed to you upon receipt of security deposit and must be signed and
returned no later than 2 weeks prior to stay.
****** Full accomodations (dishes, silverware, bedding linens) provided. Renters to supply beach towels and
bathroom supplies - *******There is a $100.00 per person fee after 12 people (15 person Maximun)
