Cape May House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 1500 TO 3050/week
- Once the deposit is accepted, please notify us if you must cancel for any reason.;
If the week is subsequently re-rented, the deposit will be refunded less a 10% administrative fee.;
If the week is not subsequently re-rented, no refund will be made.;
Please note: we do not require a separate cleaning fee.;
We value our visitors, but expect our responsible guests to clean up after themselves (and their pets).;
This is a rather large house with a pool area, decks, patio, etc. ;
we have an inspection service @ $75.00;
This assures that the next guests will walk into a clean home.
If the house and yard are left neat and clean, the entire deposit will be refunded. - There will be a $500 security deposit, which will be returned 30 days after the rental is complete less any damages.;
The acceptable forms of payment are the following: money order, personal check, or cash.;
This is in addition to the rental fee. 50-percent of the rent is due 120 days before your rental start date.;
The remaining 50-percent will be due 30 days before your rental start date.
