Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $950/nt
- $950/night...............April 1st - Nov 15th & Holiday/Special Event Weekends;
$800/night.............. Nov. 16th-March 31st, except Holiday/Special Event Weekends.
2 Night Minimum Year Round (3+ minimum required some Holidays/Special Events).
50% deposit required to confirm.
$475 damage deposit required at time of booking.
$75/night per person fee for occupancy exceeding 12 (does not apply to infants).
Cancellations made between 14 & 60 days prior to arrival: forfeit 50% deposit.
Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival: forfeit 100% rental cost.
If we are able to rent the house to another client in the event of your cancellation, we will refund all rental moneys to you, less a $100 handling fee. - Dates Available: Year Round.
