Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1000-$1400/ wk
- Mini and regular Lobster week $1800/week 1 week minimum.;
There is a Cleaning fee of $90.00 to be left in cash upon checkout. ;
The community also charges a registration fee of $50.00 per family per stay.;
No security deposit is required,;
however, if there are damages to the property you will be responsible for the charges incurred.;
The balance is due no later than 30 days prior to occupancy.

We do update calendar on a regular basis and it is very accurate.; - Cancellation Policy - 30 days or more from the arrival date= full refund
29 days or less = $250.00 cancellation fee.
14 days or less = no refund.
Hurricane policy - A full refund will be given for any unused days or cancelled reservation for any mandatory evacuation from Cudjoe Key.
