- First payment in the amount of $400 due at time of reservation. Remainder of balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. A credit card is required as a security deposit and will only be charged due to damage to property or contents. Cancellations must be made no less than 30 days prior to arrival. Cleaning fee of $100 will be charged on all reservations. A $15 per night fee will be applied to pets. Thanksgiving and Christmas have a 5 night minimum.
Military discounts available. Minimum age to rent is 25. Parties over 6 will be charged $10 per additional person per night.
