Easter, Christmas and new year is High season period.;
1/3 of the rental fee is required as a booking deposit and the balance is payable 30 days before arrival.
Cleaning is done by renters at the end of there stay. Guests put dirty dishes in the washing machine and leave the dirty bedding linen and towels in a bag. At arrival there is a clean bedding linen on the beds and towels for guests. If the guests would like to change bedding linen and towels on there stay then they will have to pay extra for that.
The apartment is available at 15:00 hours the first renting day ;
and departure shall be no later than 12:00 hours on departure day.;
