Davenport Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Upon arrival, you will find our Villa clean to the highest standards, with fresh towels, bed linens and an inviting pool waiting for you to jump in !
The rate is for the home per night - not per person
We accept all major credit cards.
The rates are per night and 12% tax must be added onto the total price.
Monthly rates are available upon request
A cleaning fee $85 applies on stays less than 7 nights.
A $200 deposit is required in order to hold the reservation.
The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
Pool Heating (optional): $ 120 weekly - $25 daily
There is a 5 night minimum during the low & high season and a 7 night minimum during holidays.
Check in time is after 4 PM and check out is before 10 AM (check in / out times are flexible)
Bookings less than 6 weeks before arrival are payable in full.
