Arrival time is 3pm on commencement of rental period and departure time is 10am on day of departure. Please contact us if you wish to change these times and we will try to accommodate you if possible. - Booking Conditions:
We require 50% of the rental as a booking deposit to confirm a reservation. If you book by telephone or e-mail we will provisionally hold the period you require for one week to allow you to forward the amount. The balancing 50% should be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Booking made within 30 days of arrival will need to be paid in full on the day of booking.
Cancellation Conditions:
Unforeseen circumstances may cause you to cancel the booking.
In the event that you have to cancel your reservation, there is a minimum cancellation fee of €200 to cover the cost of re-advertising and administration costs. If you cancel 120-30 days prior to commencement of rental period we charge 50% of the total rent but we will return this less the cancellation fee if we re-let. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the arrival date we retain 100% of the total rental unless we manage to re-let.
