Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Low Season..$2,500 per week + 7% government hospitality tax
High Season..$3,700 per week + 7% government hospitality tax
High Season is from 1st Saturday in December through to last Friday in April
Minimum Stay: 5 nights
Additional $200 for the 5th and 6th adult per week (aged over 18 years)
Additional $500 for Christmas and New Year - Year Round
