Barchessa only : 2,200 euros/week (3 double bedrooms 3 bathrooms) - Rental includes: pool and ground maintenance, utilities, household needs and linen provision.
Extras: telephone, food, wine and consumables.
Security Deposit: Euro 1,500 against any breakage, damage or loss, all phone charges, and any unpaid bills.
Payments: 50% down, balance 45 days prior to occupancy date. - Staff services: two staff full time included for up to10 guests, one extra staff for 10 up to 16 guests. Staff works 6 days/wk (off Sunday afternoon and one other afternoon each week). The staff prepares two meals a day. Breakfast and Dinner or Lunch
