Indian Creek House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $109.00/nt plus State and County Tax of 13%
- In order to hold your reservation, we must receive an initial rental payment of $150.00 within seven (7) days, and the electronically accepted rental contract. The payment is held from the time the reservation is accepted until the balance of the rental is paid thirty-days prior to your scheduled arrival. On your scheduled check-in date a Security Deposit in the amount of $250 is required . This deposit provides protection for the home against misuse or abuse. The Vacation Home must be left in an acceptable condition to receive a full security deposit refund.
- Stays of four nights are occasionally accepted during the slower seasons or when they fill open dates between longer stays or match-up with arrivals or departures of longer stays. In all cases, the minimum stay for which our home can be rented is four nights.
Stays of less than 5 nights: Our rates are calculated to include the cost of cleaning after each guest's stay and is based upon a minimum of five nights. A one-time cleaning surcharge will be added to all quotes for periods of less than the five day minimum.
