Reservation Policy: A reservation deposit of 50% of the room rate is due upon booking. The remaining balance, which includes Utah Lodging Tax of 10.45%, a refundable security deposit, and a $190 departure cleaning fee, will be required 30 days prior to arrival. We have 5 night minimum stay requirement for most seasons. Check-in is any time after 4:00pm and check out time is 10:00am unless special arrangements are made.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received at least 60 days from date of arrival are subject to a $200 Administrative Fee. If cancellation is received within 60 days of the date of arrival, the deposit will be held toward a future stay at the home in the next twelve (12) months. Any deposit not used within 12 months is forfeited.
No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure.
