Double Bay Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Fifty percent of the rental charge is due when you make your reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled and the the property can be rebooked your charges will be refunded. A $350.00 damage deposit is also required at booking. This deposit is refundable if property is undamaged.
