Cleaning: $65 Summer & Off Peak; $75 Peak; Refundable damage deposit: $50.
$100 cancellation fee for Off Season cancellations.
No refunds if plans cancel within 30 days of check in for Off Season.
No cancellation refunds during Holiday and Peak season; no exceptions.
No refunds for early departure. HOA Policy prohibits pets in this unit.
