- Rates are flexible with exception of holiday periods. Basic rates are $375 to $500 per night plus $550 for holdiay periods. I'm hoping to build a repeat business. and would appreciate feedback from renters positive and negative so that I can make the improvements and earn your loyalty. $3,850, 7 nights minimum Christmas New Year period, flat rate of $5,000 for ten nights.

- Bathroom 1 is on lower level. For a real soak and relaxing tub bath, this is the one. Bathroom 2 is prettier and more updated. with custom wood details. Tub not as large as Bathroom 1. I would designate this as the women's bath..Bathroom 2 has a skylight window from which to take in the views.

- I prefer 7 but depending upon ages of kids may allow 9. I had the kids'' bedrooms open into a cathedral ceiling so they could have guests and for visiting family. The largest bedroom I hesitate to call a master because the bathroom is across the hall. All upstairs floors have been sanded and polyurethaned and show the beauty of the old wood floors, some pine, some maple, some ?
