Warren Farmhouse Rates

  • 375 to 600 for holiday periods
  • Rates are flexible with exception of holiday periods. Basic rates are $375 to $500 per night plus $550 for holdiay periods. I'm hoping to build a repeat business. and would appreciate feedback from renters positive and negative so that I can make the improvements and earn your loyalty. $3,850, 7 nights minimum Christmas New Year period, flat rate of $5,000 for ten nights.
  • Rates are flexible with exception of holiday periods. Basic rates are $375 to $500 per night plus $550 for holdiay periods.

    House is available for limited number of days each year. Summer and foliage season rates start at $200 per night,
    also depending on number of guests.

  • Bathroom 1 is on lower level. For a real soak and relaxing tub bath, this is the one. Bathroom 2 is prettier and more updated. with custom wood details. Tub not as large as Bathroom 1. I would designate this as the women's bath..Bathroom 2 has a skylight window from which to take in the views.

  • I prefer 7 but depending upon ages of kids may allow 9. I had the kids'' bedrooms open into a cathedral ceiling so they could have guests and for visiting family. The largest bedroom I hesitate to call a master because the bathroom is across the hall. All upstairs floors have been sanded and polyurethaned and show the beauty of the old wood floors, some pine, some maple, some ?

Notes: A relaxed environment for a truly laid back experience. From the house looking out at the fields and pastures below you could be living in 19th century Vermont. Only the cows are missing, and we miss them as well. The kitchen is equipped with a 1930's six burner, two oven Garland stove Only one is calibrated) and a side grill which is great for making breakfasts including pancakes, eggs, bacon, and getting everyone served at the same time. There is a pantry for groceries which also has the washer and dryer. Small appliances may be found in this room. Everyone always piles into the kitchen. Kitchen table and chairs for four. Dining room can seat 8 and we've pushed it by squeezing in. Plenty of tablecloths, cloth napkins and place mats. I use the Black & Decker toaster oven for potatoes and heating bread. My kids prefer the extra old fashioned toaster also found in the pantry. There is also a blender and a cuisinart. My best frying pan is the yellow one with the orange top
