Kissimmee Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $89.00 per night.
- We require a $250 deposit to secure the booking and then the balance is to be paid no later than 2 weeks before the date of the holiday. Payment is to be made in US dollars and we accept major credit cards. Full terms and conditions will be sent with the booking confirmation.
Cleaning fee of $50 for reservations less than 5 nights.
A refundable damage deposit of $500 will be collected and returned within 3 days of departure pending no damages.
Discounts will be given for stays of 15 nights or more. Please e-mail the owner.
