During the holiday season (Christmas & New Year), approximately Dec 17 thru Jan 2 there is a $200 per week sur-charge with a 1 week minimum.
During president's week in February, there is a $200 sur-charge
Our rates include all taxes and fees such as cleaning. During your stay the use of water and electricity is INCLUDED (part of the price you see above) for the amount of US$ 100.- per week.
There is a $400 security deposit that will be left with the management company when you arrive. This deposit will be refunded upon your check-out.
For credit card payments or international wire transfers of funds, a 3% processing fee will be added.
