Keewaydin Island House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Here is the cost breakdown
- HOUSE: The weekly rate includes a fully furnished and equipped luxury home. From condiments to napkins and drinking water the only additional items you'll need are your basic groceries and beverages, which we highly advise that you bring on your initial check in orientation.
BOAT: We have arranged a special rate of $700 a week with $200 fuel surcharge (Full Tank of gas) for a 21' deck boat. It has a new Yamaha 150 outboard four stroke. A live bait well, GPS, fishfinder, lots of room and its very stable and easy to drive. Its rented by Naples Boat Rental LLC. The same boat rented through the most popular local boat rental agency, charges $2,750 for the week, not including fuel or taxes! - HOUSE KEEPING TURNOVER: $150 for groups of four (4) persons or less. $300 for five (5) or more persons or groups with pet(s).
INSURANCE: We suggest the homeaway insurance for $59.00. ($3,000 coverage) It may possibly also include trip cancelation last time we read it and makes covering minor losses inside the house an easy process.

- Master Bedroom: His and Her Sinks, large two person shower, private shower/toilet area. Brand new KING luxury foam type mattress. Luxury sheets, pillows. Second Bedroom: KING pillow top mattress, luxury linens and pillows. Jetted tub and shower, private toilet room. Living area: Two Queen Beds. Patio area: Couch has a pull out Queen Bed. NOTE: There are two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. The beds in living area and patio are out in the open..Not separate private spaces to speak of. Two couples can enjoy the two bedrooms as there is a King beds in each bedroom, and then kids and or non demanding guests can enjoy the comfortable queen beds in the living area and possibly patio area if you need a third queen. As the couch in the patio area has a pull out queen. The house is better suited for small groups rather then large ones. So you'll have to consider this prior to booking. We feel 6-8 persons is tops.
