- We require a $500 deposit on most bookings. Remainder is due 15 days prior to arrival.
Payment options include PayPal, HomeAway, VISA, MasterCard, & Discovery - we do not accept American Express.
There is a separate, smaller casa on the property that houses either the owner or the manager at all times.
Very hospitable - we're here to help with anything you need.
We have a watch dog, Pluto, and two cats, Tazzy and Tigger, on the property as well.
Check-in/check-out times vary depending on how booked the villa is. We like to accommodate as best as we can, but during the busy season check-out is usually at 11am, check-in at 3pm. We do have an area to hold your luggage if you arrive early, or need to leave late.
We have full time staff on the premises and they are available for your services as well. Our pool and groundskeeper (Keiry) is here every morning until about 11am. Elizabeth, the grande heffe as we like to call her, has been on this property for over 20 years. She knows everything about everything, so we feel lucky to have her a part of our everyday! Then we have our talented cook, Nidia, who arrives at 8am and can stay as late as 8pm - if you would like to enjoy her cooking, an additional charge will be applied to each day she caters to your needs. Dependant on number of guests, rates vary between $30-$60. The kitchen is open for self-service too. As a full-villa rental you have the property as your own - so stock the fridge, stock the bar, and we can help take care of the rest!
Light housekeeping is included.
