The resort is the perfect choice for families wishing to have the space and comfort of a vacation home whilst enjoying all the facilities the resort has to offer, and still being within 15-20 minutes drive of Walt Disney World. The apartment offers 1,232 sq/ft of space and is located on the 2nd (UK 1st) floor of a 3 floor building. It has recently been refurbished (2008), including new furniture throughout, new carpets and all rooms re-painted. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, central air conditioning and comfortably sleeps 6/8 people. The apartment is located in building 7 and is only 2 minutes walk to the nearest pool and Clubhouse. The resort offers 4 heated swimming pools, 6 hot tubs, children’s pool area; a man made beach on Lake Davenport, full service spa and salon, sauna, 24 hour gated security, 17,000sq. ft. Clubhouse, pool bar and grille, Tradewinds restaurant, fitness facility, DVD rental, internet access (at the Clubhouse), children's games room.
