Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- nightly rates starting at $89
- •We require a $250 payment to secure the booking and then the balance is to be paid no later than 2 weeks before the date of the holiday. Payment is to be made in US dollars and we accept major credit cards. Full terms and conditions will be sent with the booking confirmation.
Cleaning fee of $50 for reservations less than 5 nights
A $500 refundable deposit is collected and returned within (7) business days pending no damage
