Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates are set in a weekly basis of 7 nights. A minimum stay of three nights is required during the middle and low seasons, and six nights during high season periods. You will be asked for a deposit to be paid in advance by transfer or other way, such as Paypal, as a confirmation of the reservation. The deposit is to be returned at the end of the stay. The whole amount shall be paid at the delivery of the keys the first day of your stay.
We do not work with credit cards, bank drafts, holiday or travellers cheques.
These rates apply for a standard occupation of 6. For each additional guest (with a maximum of 8) an extra cost of 10€ per day will be charged . - Please note that any fee related to the payment of the deposit shall be added to the total price (mailed bank drafts and Paypal in Internet includes fees that are charged to the receiver of the payment).
Note that for the payback of deposits and/or down payments cancellations must be submitted by mail at least two weeks (15 days before the dealed arrival date). - Check in shall be normally between 4:30 pm and 10:30 pm. Between 10:30 pm and midnight we charge an extra cost of 30€. Any arrival after midnight will be charged with a full day rate.
