*$150, refundable security deposit. - Deposits: 20% of the payment is due on booking. The balance including Vermont tax is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations: If reservation is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival, deposit is refunded less a 5.5% processing fee. If cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival, 50% of total lodging is forfeited. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival, or no-shows, will forfeit 100% lodging & applicable taxes. No refunds for unused portion of stay (e.g. early checkout).
