Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- $395/night, 2-night minimum. Plus 7% lodging tax. Refundable* cleaning fee $150.
(That's $35 per person per night for 12 guests.)
*We offer guests a 100% cleaning fee refund option to clean before they leave.

Guests are welcome to stay by the river gazebo and apple orchard after checkout.
(First night) $395 check deposit to hold a reservation. Balance is due at check-in.
Additional guest over 14 persons, add $20 per person per night.
Presidents Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day Holidays - 3 night minimum @395/night
Presidents Day/Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years - 4 night minimum @525/night: $2,100
No large events - (weddings are too large). No music or noise outside after 9 pm.
