Reservation / Damage Deposit - A reservation deposit of $500 is required for booking. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is not applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided no damage or excessive cleaning in needed.
Payment – A 50% deposit is required 10 days after signing the rental contract and receiving reservation deposit. The advance payment will be applied toward the house rental. Payments will be accepted via personal check, money order, or bank check. The advance payment will turn into your damage deposit upon arrival. The balance of rent plus 7% Maine Sales Tax and any service charge agreed upon is due 60 days prior to your stay (or by May 1st) before your arrival date.

Second Floor Master Bathroom is attached to the second floor master bedroom and features a shower/tub combination, sink, and toilets. The 3rd bathroom is in the First Floor Quarters and has a sink, shower, toilet. All bathrooms are nicely decorated and make you feel at home!

- The Upstairs Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed and features a full bathroom with tub/shower, spacious closet, and a private balcony deck overlooking the yard and perennial garden. It has a ceiling fan, bureau, and TV. The Downstairs Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed and has a 3/4 bathroom, and large closet. It has walk out access to the back deck. The Bunk Room features 2 twin sized beds, and also has 2 bureaus for storage. The Living Room Couch has a Queen Sized pull out couch that sleeps 2. The first floor quarters is a great space, allowing you to have your own separated place within the house. Accessed by a bookshelf door it opens up into a space with TV and refrigerator and sleeps 2 on the full sized pull out futon. It has a ¾ bathroom and a bedroom with a full sized bed that sleeps 2. The house has an aero bed that can be placed in the Upstairs Master Bedroom and sleeps 2.
