* Cleaning fee is $100 which includes the house cleaning/inspection after you leave and a full cleaning and maintenance of the Hot Tub before you arrive.
* Only comforters and pillows are provided, however:
We can provide sheets, pillow cases, and towels for an additional $65
* Check-in time is 2pm and Check-out time is 10am.
* A re-fundable security deposit of $400 is required. (this is slightly higher for groups with pets)
* Pay Pal is accepted
RENTAL RATES INCLUDE: All taxes, rubbish removal, plowing, sanding and firewood.
The only extra cost for short term renters is a $150 cleaning fee as well as a re-fundable security deposit.
