deposit 1/3, balance due 30 weeks prior to arrival;
Cancellations: 60 days prior to occupancy - 50% refund;;
no refund 30 days (Holidays *above 90% refund if re-rented).;
$200 cash USD (or pesos) damage deposit at arrival, refundable at departure - Special rates start April 15. We do not use the calendar on this site, please ask for your week(s) desired.
