Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- This property is offered only by the season at 6500.00 dollars, to be payed in full prior to occupancy.
Tenant shall also be responsible for all utility costs propane and electric, bills will be submitted monthly.
It is planned to have a on demand Generac propane generator in place by the opening of the season
Snow plowing is available at an additional cost as well. We personally do not bother we shovel.
Other service arrangements can also be made for cable, cleaning and so forth. Please email any question.
