- SHORT TERM RATES
Mid December until end April and all South Australian School Holidays and Public Holidays:
AUD $195 per night based on 2 people. AUD $20 per additional guest / per night. No charge for children under 2 years. Minimum stay 4 nights. For stays less than 4 nights please enquire.
May until mid December:
AUD $165 per night based on 2 people. AUD $20 per additional guest / per night. No charge for children under 2 years. Minimum stay 3 nights. For stays less than 3 nights please enquire.

- LONG TERM RATES
Weekly rates apply for bookings longer than 2 weeks.
Long term bookings of 3, 6 or 12 months are available upon application.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
A 30% Booking deposit is required to secure dates.
A Security Deposit of AUD $300 is required for short term bookings, payable with the balance. This is refunded when keys are returned and apartment cleaned, as per our rental terms and conditions.
For long term bookings a suitable bond will be applied depending on the length of stay.
