Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 10% Discount for return guests!
- Our home currently rents for $358.00 per night for up to 10 people.
Our studio suite rents for $200.00 per night for up to 8 people.
Our down town Deland rental rents for $200.00 per night for up to 8 people.
Our RV rents for $60.00 per night and sleeps up to 4 people.
Pets are welcome with an extra pet fee, depending on pet.
The home is set up for parties, weddings, and family reunions, for an extra $1500.00 party fee.
A personal chef is available for an extra fee depending on personal needs.
A 30% security deposit will hold your dates and will be fully refunded 7 days after departure date if no damage fees apply.
$20.00 per person cleaning fee.
$50.00 reservation fee.
Full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
