High Grove Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates from $85/nt, $595/wk, $2095/month
- * $300 (or higher for longer than a week) security deposit is required when booking.
* Optional spa&pool heat is $150/week or $25/day (ordered when booking).
* Stays of 7 days less incur $85 cleaning fee.
* Rates for Holidays are various depending on demand.

1. Check in/Check out: Check-in no sooner than 4pm and check-out no later than 11 am.
2. All holiday bookings must be a minimum of 7 days. No pets, no smoking. Renter must be 21 years of age or older. The balance of the booking cost is due no later than nine weeks before your arrival date. If booking within nine weeks of arrival, full payment is needed to be paid after reservation confirmation with rental agreement.
