Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 25% non refundable deposit of full rental cost must be paid on booking. The remaining 75% of the full rental cost must be paid 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. A security deposit of £250 will also be taken at that time. This will be returned within one week of the end of the rental period, subject to any breakages and damage. Air conditioning is included in the rental price. However, excessive use of electricity will result in an additional charge, to cover this.
- While we have cleaners who will come to thoroughly clean the house after your departure, we do ask that clients leave the house reasonably tidy, with the rubbish taken out and the dishes and crockery cleaned. The barbecue should also be cleaned. Failure to adhere to these conditions will result in a 20 euro cost which will be deducted from the security deposit
- Unfortunately we cannot accept pets.
We can organise a chef to come to the house and cook a portuguese meal for your family.

- The three bedrooms on the first floor are all luxuriously appointed, with double, floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes and drawer space. They all have en suite facilities, and all have terraces, the two bedrooms to the back of the house, overlooking the National Park, and towards the sea.The master bedroom suite has full en suite facilities. Its French window opens onto a private patio space. The fifth bedroom has two single beds and a sofa bed with a pull out bed underneath and is ideal for children. The remaining luxurious double bedroom is on the ground floor. The owners live nearby and are on hand to assist in anything that you may require, from general information to recommendations of restaurants, and places to see and visit.
