Spring nightly rates: Sunday thru Thursday - $275/night, Friday and Saturday - $325/night. (Three night minimum please.) Weekly discounted price - $1400. Ten percent hotel tax (waived if stay is over 30 days).;
$100 cleaning fee. Refundable damage/security deposit is $300.
AX,VI,MC,DS One week minimum stay please - June thru August 2012.
Week of 4th of July (June 30th to July 7th) - $1500. - Dates Available: Year Round
