  Cancellation fees: Initial booking deposits are ;
  fully refundable for all cancellations made more than 45 days prior ;
  to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 45 days ;
  prior to scheduled arrival date are subject to a $200 cancellation ;
  fee.;
  
  3 Night Minimum. Credit Card Payments are an additional $20 per payment.;
