A deposit of 10% of the total rental value is payable on booking. The balance is due 10 weeks before rental commences.
All prices include electricity and water charges.

Stays of 6 days or less will incur a cleaning charge of £54/$85. - A security deposit of $250 will be payable to the owners by credit card approximately one week before your stay. This will be refunded to your credit card following a satisfactory inspection of the house after your departure.

- Bathrooms 1 and 2 are ensuite to the master bedrooms on the first floor. Both first floor bathrooms have large roman baths with showers over. Bathroom 3 is on the ground floor for use of the guests in the ground floor twin bedroom. A hairdryer is provided. All towels (except for swimming) are provided.

- The first floor has two master bedrooms, one with a king bed and the second with a queen bed and both have ensuite bathrooms. The twin bed room is on the ground floor. All bedrooms have large walk in wardrobes and ample drawer storage. The king bed room has a small balcony. We also provide a safe for your important documents and valuables. Two further guests can be accommodated on the queen size sofa bed in the living area. All bed linen is provided. We provide a travel cot (crib) for our younger guests.
