Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Refundable Security Deposit-$395
- To Book:
1. Email owner to confirm availability
2. Owner will promptly email Guest Vacation Rental Agreement upon request
3. Reservation may be locked in instantly with credit card via phone. Reservation will be fully secured upon owner's receipt of signed Vacation Rental Agreement, and check or credit card payments.
Payment Process is as follows:
To secure our reservation, 50% of total amount (the aggregate of rental amount + $125 cleaning fee + Security Deposit) is paid. The remaining 50% of total amount to be received by owner a minimum of 6 weeks prior to arrival. (Note: does not apply if booking is made less than 6 weeks in advance)
As soon as possible after Guest departure, we will inspect the property and refund the security deposit. - Cleaning Fee: $125
