- * All reservations require a $400 refundable security deposit. Deposits are refunded within 14 days of departure, after verification of any damages/loss.
* There is a one-time cleaning fee of $150
* Pool heating fee: Additional $25/day ($150/week)
* One half of the rental fee is due at the time of booking the reservation. The remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival date. If the arrival date is less than 60 days from the booking date, then the entire amount is due up front.
* Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will receive a refund IF that same time period can be re-booked.
* Payments are to be made via PayPal, a secured internet method of paying with a credit card. Payments made 30+ days prior to arrival may also pay via personal check or money order.

- The master bedroom contains three chests of drawers, lounge chair, night stands and a wall-mounted 32' LCD TV. There is a separate tub and shower and two sinks in the long vanity counter. A walk-in closet is off the bath. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have either a dresser or chest of drawers with night stand along with a queensize bed. Bedroom #4 includes a twin-size sofa bed and inflatable queen-size bed. A baby crib is also available to be placed in this, or any other, bedroom. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the loft upstairs. The home can sleep 10 when utilizing sofa beds and inflatable mattress.
