Olympia House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $175-$225 per night
- May 1st - Oct 31st...$225 per night...$1,350 per week;
Nov 1st - Apr 30th...$175 per night...$1,100 per week...$2,900 per month;
Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks....$225 per night;
There is always a two-night minimum and a $75 cleaning fee.
Sales tax and a one-time $39 insurance fee (in lieu of damage deposit) also apply.
Details about insurance will be given upon reservation. - POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:
-Your reservation will be secured when your 50% non-refundable booking deposit and signed rental agreement have been received. Dates will remain open to other renters until we receive your deposit and signed rental agreement.
-Full amount of booking due 30 days prior to arrival.
If the Rental Party wishes to REBOOK:
No charge if done 60 days or more in advance.
5% charge if done 30-59 days in advance
10% charge if done 14-29 days in advance
20% charge if done 7-13 days in advance
40% charge if done 0-6 days in advance
If the Rental Party wishes to CANCEL:
Deposit fully refunded if done 60 days or more in advance.
50% of deposit refunded if done 30-59 days in advance
30% of deposit refunded 14-29 days in advance
15% of deposit refunded if done 7-13 days in advance
0% of deposit refunded if done 0-6 days in advance

- All beds and linens are brand new and are high quality. We have 2 queen beds; one in the master and one in bedroom #2. The master bedroom is large and has a large walk-though closet, as well as a TV. Bedroom #3 can serve a variety of purposes. It can sleep two people in separate twin beds and can also serve as an office. There is a desk if you need a place to work. We have a portable pack and play crib (as well as a high chair), that can be placed in any room, but fits best in the master bedroom and living room. There is also a pull-out single bed that can be placed in the master bedroom or the living room; it's surprisingly comfortable! We sleep 7 comfortably!
