- Grounds will be mowed and cleaned on the day before guest rental period begins. Daily 'light' housekeeping is provided between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. except on Sundays. Housekeepers will clean rooms, make beds and clean kitchen. Renters are responsible for otherwise keeping the property clean. Rental rates do not include 10% staff gratuity.
The following activities can be arranged in season -- deer hunting, duck hunting, goose hunting, sea ducking and rock fishing. All hunting is on premises. Fishing departs from the dock. Extra charges apply for all activities and must be paid directly to the guide.
This is a non-smoking property. any indoor smoking will result in a $300 cleaning surcharge.
