Rental rates as above INCLUDES one private parking space (off-site), taxes, utility charges. NOT included in rate is the final cleaning fee E40 or any additional cleaning fees if the apartment has been damaged or requires additional cleaning after your departure. - Once you have confirmed your interest in booking the apartment the owner will forward your details to our local Immobilier who will then finalise the deposit and booking arrangements directly with the renter.
