Truly one of the most beautiful holiday villas to rent on Skiathos, Sporades Islands. The house is located on the peninsula of Pounta, surrounded by ancient pine, olives and a large garden full of flowers. Glorious view spot to the island and town of Skiathos, the aegean sea and Evia.
Carefully designed in traditional modern style, the house benefits from cooling breezes and always has a choice of shady seating. All the rooms lead out to terraces or garden with views to the over floated, private swimming pool with connected jacuzzi, fully equipped bbq and soft sunbeds. The heavenly COCOMAT beds are a must. Car included in the rate.

The villa is located just 5 minute drive from Skiathos, busy and cosmopolitan feel, with many places to eat out, ranging from simple fish tavernas to restaurants offering Chinese and French cuisine. For those looking for a wide choice of night-life, Skiathos town has a good number of bars, and clubs with foreign and Greek music.
Skiathos is extremely verdant and green, but it also has an abundance of fine, sandy beaches, which stretch all along the south facing coast, all offering fabulously clean seas, golden sand, as well as a selection of water sports. It is possible to learn how to scuba dive, horse back riding and tennis club with clay courts.
Despite the fact that the island and some of its beaches can be busy in high season, it is still possible to escape from the crowds; Skiathos north coast, which is more rugged, has not been developed at all, and there are some lovely natural beaches beaches here accessible only by private boat.

The unique beds are exceptionally comfortable full system from coco-mat. Each room can be made up as a double bed or two singles in any combination which gives the utmost in flexibility. French doors lead to the garden and pool area from every bedroom. Facing toward the pool, the master bedroom has its own private and spacious en-suite bathroom. A second bathroom and the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer are found in the hallway.
