Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Peak: (Mar.- Oct.) $250 a night up to two people. $25/nt for 3rd person $300 a night 4-6 people. Off Peak: (Nov-Feb) $50 off nightly rate
2 day minimum, 3 day minimum during major holidays
$100 One-Time Non-Refundable cleaning fee. 10% city/state bed tax.;
One, Two, or Three Payment options. Balance due 30 days before stay.;
If stay is over 30 days from booking, there is a 10% discount on the nightly;
charge if paid in full at the time of booking.;
Check-in 4:30 PM, Check-out 10 AM. unless other arrangements are made with owners.;
No Refunds (flexible, at owner's discretion), no smoking, no pets, no children under 12.;
