Addison House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly: $600, Monthly: $2200, $200 deposit
- Guests who wish to stay for just the night are welcome to stay in our downstairs bedroom which adjoins the bathroom.
- Deposit and half of rental fee are due at time of reservation. Other half of rental fee and the cleaning fee are due 30 days before the start of the reservation.
Cancellations: Reservations may be cancelled 30 days prior to the reservation with a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of the reservation are not refundable..
