If booking is cancelled more than 60 days before arrival we will issue a full refund.
If booking is cancelled within less than 60 days but more than 30 days before arrival guest forfeits the deposit, all other monies paid are refunded.
If booking is cancelled within less than 30 days before arrival we will make all efforts to re-sell the unit. If we are unable to re-book the unit we will only refund the deposit and cleaning fees. If we are able to re-book we will refund all monies paid by you less any difference between your rate and the rate we charge last-minute renter and minus a 10% service charge.
