- A 50% payment of the total rental amount is due within 7 days after reserving your unit. The balance must be paid at least 14 days prior to the arrival date.
For reservations made within 21 days of the arrival date the total amount is due within 7 days after reserving your unit.
If cancellation of the reservation becomes necessary then a refund will be issued as outlined below:
75% of the amount will be refunded if cancellation occurs 90 days prior to the arrival date.
50% will be refunded if cancellation occurs 61 - 90 days prior to the arrival date.
25% will be refunded if cancellation occurs 31-60 days prior to the arrival date.
No Refund if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Checkin is after 3:00 p.m and checkout is before 11:00 a.m.
Playa Rental Properties (PRP) is the property manager that works on our behalf and they will handle the needs of your stay.
