- At time of booking a deposit in the amount of $200 is required in the form of personal check or credit card in order to secure a reservation. Your deposit will be applied to your final payment, which is required 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit their full payment unless the dates being reserved are re-rented. All rental fees are subject to 11.6% tax and a cleaning fee of $65. The condo is non-smoking and pet free and if any guest violates this policy a fee of $250 will be assessed. We also suggest you purchase at nominal fee protection insurance through HOMEAWAY, in the unlikely event any damages are sustained to the property due to negligence during your stay for you will be held financially responsible for any damages
