This property has a THREE NIGHT minimum stay requirement.
Check in time is 3:00 pm.
Check out time is 11:00 am. - Cabin is located at a 7,000 foot elevation. Renter is responsible for knowing road conditions, need for chains and; that inclement weather is a possibility. Weather conditions are not a reasonable reason for cancellation.
Important - Payment and Cancellation Policies: A deposit of 25% is due upon booking and signing of Agreement.; Full payment is due 30 days in advance of stay. Refundable Security Deposit ($500.00) will be mailed within 14 days of departure provided rental is left in good condition and movies on demand have been paid for. We accept PayPal and personal checks.
Cancellation Policy: More than 30 days notice: Full refund minus 10% cancellation fee. 30-15 days notice: Full; refund minus 15% cancellation fee. 14-1 days notice: Will refund only 50%.
