Rate includes tax and cleaning fee - A 50% deposit is due upon reservation, with remaining balance due 60 days prior to your arrival. A security deposit is required when balance of payment is made, and will be refunded 14 days after departure.
What's included: The home is completely prepped before you arrive and fully cleaned after your stay – at no charge to you. The home has fully equipped kitchens, include bed and bath linens, staples like paper goods, laundry and dish washing, as well as coffee. You just bring your gear and the groceries!
