The KokoKaiThaiPalace also known as AlohaPalace com will not be available for rental until July or August 2014 depending on for which month we receive the best offer, and you are welcome to inquire. . Beginning on Sept.1, 2014, long tem rentals of either a year or in any case at least one month are strongly preferred. There are definitely no available rental dates until July 1, 2014 at the earliest. There is a possibility of the AlohaPalace being available for rental either for the month of July 2014 or August 2014, Refundable Security Deposit: $2500. Cleaning Fee:$700. Tax on rentals for six months or more are subject to a tax of just 5%. Rentals for a term shorter than six months are subject to a 13.962% tax. Tax rates are subject to change.
- There are definitely no available rental dates for the AlohaPalace com until July 1, 2014 at the earliest.
Special offers & rates for a rental shorter than six months are subject to a 13.96% Tax. Rental rates vary depending on the size and type of group including the number of adults and the number of kids and the time of year so please call and e-mail to verify when the villa is available and all the details about the rates. Tax on rentals for six months or more are subject to a lower tax of just 5%. Reservation Deposit Policy: a minimum 50% deposit is due upon reservation. Remainder due at least 60 days prior to check-in. Owner Milan Vacek reserves the right to require prepayment of the entire rental in advance. Cancellation: Full/Partial refunds will NOT be given for cancellations made within 60 days of the check-in date. Payment Methods Accepted: Personal Checks, Major Credit Cards (with processing fee) & Wire Transfer. Security deposits must be paid by check or wire transfer.

- This magnificent villa built in the style of a Palace in Thailand by Zen Buddhists, with many exotic hard woods and marble tile imported from Thailand, features 5 bedrooms and 4 baths and 2 half-baths, with several additional sleeping quarters including 'the mezzanine room' and the 'TV room' which are not entirely enclosed but can easily serve as bedrooms furnished with very high quality Italian comfortable convertible foutons-sofas to sleep a total of 15 guests. Most of the photos shown on this website were taken just before the current owner purchased the home in January 2011 and has since then invested very extensively into further upgrading all the furnishings and equipment, with the addition of three latest-model LED Flat 3D TV's and five very comfortable and great-looking Italian foutons that are each almost queen-size beds, and a sophisticated reverse-osmosis water filtration system, and complete upgrade of the swimming pool filtration from chlorine to salt-water, UV & oxygen!
